One direct way of contributing to economic growth in the communities near our projects is through the generation of local capacities for their contracting in our operations or in any other economic activity. In this sense, we develop training programs with the aim of improving the employability of the local EAP, to attend the needs of our operations and to expand their possibilities of development in other areas. For this reason, 79% of the workforce hired in our units in 2018 belongs to the regions where we operate.
