In coordination with the Ministry of Health and ESSALUD, we carried out preventive vaccination campaigns against tetanus, influenza and hepatitis 'B' in all our units; and attention campaigns for specialties of pediatrics, ophthalmology, among others.
Additionally, we have implemented physiotherapy services in the units of Uchucchacua and Orcopampa as part of our program for the prevention and management of musculoskeletal disorders.
One of our innovations for the welfare of the communities was the Telemedicine service in the units of Uchucchacua and Coimolache, with a permanent availability of attention by medical specialists. Likewise, we promote health surveillance programs for occupational diseases in our operations.
During 2018, more than 100 thousand outpatient visits were recorded for employees, their dependents, visitors and residents of the community.
All this has allowed us to reduce absenteeism rates and improve our epidemiological indicators of occupational health.
